January 2024,NAD C370 amplifier,re-capped,overhauled & serviced,huge thanks to Andy Robertson!,i'd struggled to find an electronic tech in this area & thought Andy had moved on after the Music Station closed down,much to my delight i discovered he was still working in the Music Shop,i already knew he was skilled & trustworthy & he proved that again in this case,he saved the day for sure!,without him i'd have been looking at having to buy a new amp,upon delivering & collecting my amp i also got chatting to a couple of other staff members in the shop & they were very friendly,thanks folks & thanks again Andy!,all the best (Mike B).

I had a brilliant experience here on Monday. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I received great advice on what guitar to buy to suit my style and performance environment. They have a varied range of quality instruments for all ages and abilities. I felt very comfortable in the shop then left feeling very happy with my purchase. Thanks again

An excellent shop, range is everything you could want and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Put it this way, when I wanted to buy a new Fender Stratocaster last year I went here as I would rather they made something from it rather than Amazon or some online mail order music suppliers. Thought I'd add photos of 3 great guitars I have bought from the Music Shop in the last 2 and a half years. My Fieata Red Player Stratocaster ,Tokai SG and the Jackson JS32 😁😊

Very good. Friendly. Safe. Good and fair price for a Höfner verythin classic. Fast shipping to Germany. I paid with Transfer wise. Cheaper than pay pal. Guitar in very good condition. Better than the description! Sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr gut... Kommunikation: Top? Gitarre Top! Gut verpackt! New Strings perfect Set up. And very good cleand an oild fretboard. Gerne wieder!!!
